Corporate Structure

Mohawk Networks, LLC (MNLLC) is a telecommunications company providing service to the North Country. MNLLC is the parent company managing the subsidiary, North Country Broadband (NCBB). A Board of Directors with an elected Chief Executive Officer manages the entire organization. Mohawk Networks complies with New York State and the FCC business and telecom regulations and is a service provider of both Broadband and Voice services throughout the North Country. Mohawk Networks specializes in providing broadband services to unserved and underserved areas in the North Country.

Allyson Mitchell

General Manager

Allyson Mitchell is the GM of Mohawk Networks, LLC, an ISP owned by the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Section 17 Holding Company, the Tewathahonni Corporation. Mitchell is responsible for the long-term success of the fiber and wireless broadband provider, certified as an 8(a) entity by the Small Business Administration. The community’s adoption trajectory of broadband increased at a rate that impacted reliability of the first generation network, and in her role, she has focused on investing in the core network, adding redundancy, capacity and higher availability to secure infrastructure for the community of Akwesasne, it’s tribal members, and the future demands of the next generation. Distance learning, virtual healthcare and e-commerce demands drive the strategic direction of the company, delivered by a highly-skilled workforce. Under Mitchells’ leadership, the company has steadily focused on economic diversification, sustainability and influencing tribal broadband priorities for Indian Country. Mitchell represents the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe as an appointee on the FCC’s Native Nations Communications Task Force and as a Board Member for the Native American Contractors Association.

Colby Bradford, active in the telecommunications field since 2007, was hired by Mohawk Networks LLC (formerly the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Broadband FTTH Project) to verify all outside plant construction to aid in our compliance with USDA Grant regulations. Now trained and certified by BICSI, Colby continually strives for Quality of Service and Positive Customer Experiences as our main focuses as Mohawk Networks continues to grow.

D’Ann Page is our Customer Service and Accounting Support Manager. Her Bachelors in Health Services Management Administration, and Associates in Accounting, combined with her 9+ years of accounting experience, gives her the knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate with our clients regarding any financial question or concern they may have.

Jason Hall

Jason Hall has been with Mohawk Networks since it was the St.Regis Mohawk Tribe’s Broadband Initiative. His degree in Business Technology/Communication Information Systems from St. Lawrence College, combined with his 13+ years of field experience (BTOP project manager and in the IT Department at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino) make him a knowledgeable and effective IT Administrator.
